The Pirate Chef has braved the waters of Bass Strait in a galley & on deck, dived with Great White Sharks in the waters off Neptune Islands, Port Lincoln SA. Creating sumptuous culinary delights in all weather, and providing a much needed hand on deck if needed (ESS Certificate). Starting as an apprentice at the Authenticity Health & Wellness Retreat (www.authenticity.com.au) and gaining final qualifications at Regency TAFE in Adelaide, SA has provided a wide range of cooking experiences. Jade Rosadoni, The Pirate Chef loves a challenge and is ready for adventure – around the world.
